(Oral) The petitioner has approached this Court by way of present writ petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, seeking a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing the summons dated 05.11.2015 (Annexure P-4) and 15.12.2015 (Annexure P-6), issued by the respondent. 2.

A perusal of the aforesaid summons shows that the petitioner was required to attend the office of the respondent-authorities i.e. respondent No.3 personally on 16th November, 2015 at 14:00 hours and also on 29th December, 2015 at 11:00 hours.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has filed the representation against the aforesaid summons, but no decision has been taken so far.

On a query being raised as to whether the petitioner in compliance to the aforesaid summons had appeared personally on 16th November, 2015 and 29th December, 2015, respectively, before respondent No.3, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner shall appear personally before respondent No.3. In view of the above, the present writ petition is disposed of with direction to the petitioner to appear before respondent No.3 within next one month, whereupon, respondent No.3 shall proceed in the matter, in accordance with law.
