RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J. (ORAL) Matter has been taken up through video conferencing via Webex facility in the light of the Pandemic Covid-19 situation and as per instructions.
Instant petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. read with Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.82, dated 19.07.2017, under Sections 406/498-A IPC, registered at Women Police Station, Patiala. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to approach the Sessions Court.
Allowed as prayed for.
