SANDEEP MOUDGIL, J (Oral) The instant third petition has been filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.81 dated 28.03.2021 under Sections 302, 34 IPC and Section 25 of the Arms Act (under Section 201 IPC added later on) registered at Police Station, Dujana, District Jhajjar.
