**** SANDEEP MOUDGIL , J.(ORAL) The instant petition under Section 482 Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, has been filed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners in FIR No.824, dated 19.08.2023, under Sections 406, 420 IPC, 1860 and Section 24 of the Immigration Act, registered at Police Station Sadar Karnal, District Karnal.

Mr. Ajaivir Singh, Advocate, puts in appearance on behalf of the complainant and has filed his Power of Attorney in Court, which is taken on record.

This Court vide order dated 29.07.2024 while issuing notice of motion, granted the concession of interim bail to the petitioner, subject to his joining the investigation.
