**** RITU BAHRI , J. (Oral) The petitioners are seeking issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to grant benefit of selection grade to them w.e.f 01.01.1996 instead of 01.08.2000.

Issue notice of motion.

On asking of the Court, Mr. Hitesh Pandit, Addl.A.G, Haryana accepts notice on behalf of the State. Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to supply copy of the petition to the learned State counsel by today itself.

Learned counsel submits that this controversy has already been decided by this Court in CWP No. 8082-2001 titled as R.K. Verma and others vs. State of Haryana and another, decided on 01.12.2010. This judgment was further upheld in LPA NO. 851-2012 titled as State of haryana and another vs. R.K.
