Present petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking directions to the official respondents to release his land in view of the policy dated 14.09.2018 (Annexure P-14) and 21.07.2022 (Annexure P-15) issued by the State Government and order dated 22.07.2022 (Annexure P-16). 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner limits his prayer in the present petition and states that he would be satisfied if the respondents are directed to take a decision on the application (Annexure P-19) filed by the petitioner for release of his land.
