The petitioner-State of Punjab through instant petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India is seeking setting aside of award dated 10.04.2012 (Annexure P-5) whereby Labour Court has answered the reference in favour of workman.

Counsel for the parties are ad-idem that impugned order was complied with and workman was reinstated. She has retired in October' 2023.

The workman was reinstated and she has retired on attaining the age of superannuation. There seems no reason to interfere with the impugned order.
