**** AMIT RAWAL, J. (ORAL) Petitioners are seeking indulgence of this Court for directing the respondents to grant 3rd ACP to petitioner No.1. Further writ of mandamus directing the respondents to grant one increment after promotion to the petitioners and for fixation/revision of the pension of petitioner No.1 in view of 7th Pay Commission w.e.f. 01.01.2016. In this regard, had submitted applications dated 04.08.2018 (Annexures P-1 & P-2), but there is no adherence thereto.

Without going into the merits and de-merits of the case, I dispose of the present writ petition with a direction to the respondents to consider applications dated 04.08.2018 (Annexures P-1 & P-2) and take appropriate decision thereon, in accordance with law, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
