As common issues are involved in the captioned petitions, with the consent of both sides, the same are hereby disposed of by this common order. For the sake of brevity and convenience, facts are borrowed from CWP-18537-2026.

The petitioner through instant petition under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India is seeking setting aside of Award dated 04.12.2025 whereby Arbitrator-cum-Deputy Commissioner, Nuh has dismissed his application seeking enhancement of compensation. 3.

The petitioner was owner of 134 Marla land situated in Khewat/ Khatoni No. 402/437 situated in revenue estate of Village Rigar, Tehsil Firojpur Jhirka, District Mewat which was acquired by respondent No.1National Highways Authority of India for the purpose of constructing DelhiMumbai-Vadodra Expressway vide notification dated 03.10.2018 issued under Section 3D(1) and (2) of National Highways Act, 1956 (for short '1956 Act'). District Revenue Officer-Cum-Competent Authority, Nuh vide Award No.26 dated 19.12.2018 fixed the market value of acquired land at ₹16,69,464/- per acre. The petitioner was awarded total compensation of ₹35,77,932/-. He filed petition under Section 3G(5) of 1956 Act seeking

-3enhancement of compensation which was dismissed vide Award dated 04.12.2025.

Learned counsel for petitioners seeks permission to withdraw with liberty to approach learned District Judge in terms of Section 34 of Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

Disposed of as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty. 6.

The Court is sanguine that if petitioners approach learned District Judge, their petitions would be adjudicated expeditiously. 7.
