The present regular second appeal is preferred by State of Punjab against judgment and decree dated 27.07.2009 passed by learned Additional District Judge, Ferozepur, whereby, the appeal filed by the appellants against judgment and decree dated 02.11.2007, passed by learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Ferozepur was dismissed.

Learned counsel for respondent contends that application bearing No.CM-6189-C-2013 moved by the appellants in the present appeal for staying the execution of the impugned decree was dismissed vide order dated 28.05.2013 passed by this Court and the decree has been satisfied. 3.

In view of the same, nothing remains in the present appeal. And the same is hereby dismissed as having been rendered infructuous. 4.

The question of law involved in the present appeal being academic remains open.

All the pending miscellaneous applications, if any, are also disposed of.
