Only grievance of the petitioner is that she was being granted old age pension which has been suddenly stopped. Notice of motion.

On the asking of court, Mr. Vishal Garg, Addl. A.G. Haryana, who is present in court, accepts notice. He at the outset submits that case of the petitioner shall be considered by the competent authority. In case she is found entitled, State will continue to grant old age pension and reasoned order shall be passed at the earliest, in any, case not later than six weeks.
