The present petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of direction to respondent Nos.2 to 7 to protect life and liberty of the petitioner and her daughter's family members at the hands of respondent Nos.8 to 15, who are pressurizing the petitioner to withdraw the complaints dated 13.06.2022 and 05.05.2023 (Annexures P-2 & P-3). 2.

Learned counsel states that the petitioner will be satisfied if the Superintendent of Police, Hisar i.e. respondent No.4 is directed to look into the representations dated 13.06.2022 and 05.05.2023 (Annexures P-2 & P-3), made to him by her and take appropriate action on the same. has no objection in deciding the representation filed on behalf of the petitioner.
