This is a civil writ petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for setting aside the orders dated 31.12.2025 (Annexure P-3), 05.08.2019 (Annexure P-2) and 12.02.2014 (Annexure P-1) passed by respondent Nos.2, 3 and 4 respectively.

A perusal of the order dated 31.12.2025 would show that the petitioner had earlier filed a civil suit and it was noticed at page 67 that in the said civil suit, the trial Court had vide order dated 23.02.2024 refused to pass the stay order and even the appeal against the same was dismissed by the Additional District and Sessions Judge.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, after arguing for some time, seeks to withdraw the present petition in view of the abovesaid fact. 4.

Dismissed as withdrawn.
