RAJIVE BHALLA, J (Oral) The petitioner prays for issuance of a writ of mandamus directing respondent no.4 or the Assistant Collector of the Ist Grade, to take appropriate steps, pursuant to letter dated 11.03.2015 (Annexure P-7), addressed to him by the Sarpanch of Gram Panchayat of Village Kandool, to evict unauthorised occupants.
Counsel for the petitioner submits that instead of removing all the unauthorised occupants, the Sub Divisional Officer (Civil), Barwala, District Hissar, is targeting the petitioner by ordering demarcation with respect to the petitioner's land.
We have heard counsel for the petitioner and perused the paper book.
The Assistant Collector of the Ist Grade is obliged in view of letter dated 11.03.2015, to examine all cases of unauthorised occupants in Village Kandool and thereafter proceed in accordance with law.
