(Oral) In the present petition, the grievance being raised by the petitioner is that the post on which the petitioner was working is still lying vacant and the work of the said post still exits and hence, the petitioner be allowed to discharge the duties on the said post. 2.
Learned counsel for the respondents submits that in case, the petitioner files any such representation with the authority concerned claiming the said relief recorded herein above, the same will be considered and an appropriate speaking order will be passed by the authority concerned within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of such representation.

Learned counsel for the respondents submits that in case, the claim of the petitioner is found feasible to be accepted, an appropriate order will be passed and in case the same is not feasible to be accepted, detailed reasons for rejecting the same will be mentioned in the speaking order. 4.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that keeping in view the statement of learned State counsel, the present petition may kindly be disposed of having been not pressed any further with liberty to file a fresh RIYA 2024.05.16 10:29 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
