In the present case, on 23.06.2025, following order was passed:- "1.

Petitioners, i.e., Shubh Rani - 22 years, and Krishan Lal - 25 years, have filed the instant protection petition, by pleading that both of them are living in a live-in relationship. 2.

Petitioner No.1 is stated to be earlier married to one Balwinder Kumar (respondent No.4 ) on 30.11.2012. Out of said wedlock two children, i.e., Raghav Ramotra (now aged 7 years) and Aditya (now aged 9 years) were borne. It is noticed that both the petitioners and respondent No.4 are primarily residents of the State of Himachal Pradesh.

There is no representation on behalf of the petitioners to clear the position on the maintainability of the present petition. 4.

In the interest of justice, adjourned to 17.07.2025." 2.

Today, on the very outset, counsel for the petitioners prays for withdrawal of present petition.
