Prayer in this petition, filed under Section 482 of BNSS, 2023, is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, who has been booked for having committed the offences punishable under Sections 109(1), 115, 190, 191(3), 324(4) of BNS, 2023 [Section 117(2) of BNS, 2023], in a case arising out of FIR No.201, dated 24.10.2024, registered at Police Station Odhan, District Sirsa.
