(ORAL) CWP-7476-2014 Counsel for the petitioner states that during the pendency of the writ petition, the respondents-State have placed on record an order dated 09.01.2014 (Annexure R-1/3) in pursuance of the order passed by this Court on 07.11.2016. By the said order, order dated 06.06.2012, issued on 08.06.2012, which is being relied by the petitioner to claim the benefit, has been withdrawn.
Counsel for the petitioner prays that he be allowed to withdraw the present writ petition with a liberty to the petitioner to challenge the order dated 09.01.2014 (Annexure R-1/3). Dismissed as withdrawn, with the liberty, as prayed for. CM-14769-CWP-2015 In view of the fact that the main writ petition already stands dismissed as withdrawn, no order is needed to be passed in the present application, accordingly, the same is dismissed.
