(ORAL) By way of this petition filed under Section 482 of the Bhartiya Nyaya Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, prayer is made for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.209 dated 25.08.2024, under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468 & 471 IPC, registered at Police Station Tripuri, District Patiala. As pointed out by learned State counsel, petitioner has straight away approached this Court, without moving the application seeking anticipatory bail before the Court of Sessions.
