(Oral) Prayer in this petition is for quashing of FIR No.07 dated 04.01.2025 registered under Sections 420, 120-B, 506 IPC at Police Station Gandhi Nagar, District Yamuna Nagar (Annexure P-1) on the basis of compromise dated 24.05.2025 (Annexure P-2) and all other subsequent proceedings arising therefrom.

Learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file afresh petition with better particulars.
