(ORAL) Petitioner-tenant has filed this revision against the judgment of Appellate Authority dated 17.05.2019, dismissing his appeal, affirming the order of the learned Rent Controller dated 24.01.2017, whereby he was directed to hand over vacant possession of demised shop to respondentlandlord. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he does not challenge the judgment and order of the authorities below on merits, however, seeks four months' time to vacate the demised shop. In view of above request, petitioner is granted four months' time from today to vacate the demised shop with a direction to pay mesne profits @ `5,000/- per month during this period. Petitioner is directed to file affidavit in this respect before the Rent Controller within a week from today.
