Learned counsel for the petitioner has handed over a slip of paper with the account number (Mrs. Ravinder Kaur Account No.G20861493575 Allahbad Bank, Rajpura) of the petitioner in a Nationalized Bank.

Mr. Manuja has handed over the slip to Mrs. Kuljit Kaur, Senior Assistant, O/o Director Rural Development and Panchayat Department, Punjab, Mohali so that the pension of the petitioner can be deposited in that account.

If that is so, the petitioner would have no further grievance. One copy of that paper is taken on record as Mark 'A'. CWP No.6266 of 2015 (O&M) -2depend the fate of pensionary benefits. In case, the obstacles in the way of the petitioner are removed that would be an end of the matter. However, in case, any grievance remains, the petitioner is free to apply for revival of this petition to seek further orders.

In view of this, the prayer for extension is not pressed at this stage.

The petition stands disposed of.
