ARVIND SINGH SANGWAN, J. (Oral) Prayer in this petition is for issuance of directions to the official respondents No.2 to 5 to complete the investigation in FIR No.91 dated 23.5.2017 under Sections 323, 34, 380, 454 IPC, Police Station Alewa District Jind and submit the report.

Reply by way of affidavit of the Deputy Superintendent of Police, City Jind, District Jind filed in the Court and as per the reply, on completing the investigating a cancellation report was prepared on 11.11.2017 by the SHO, Police Station Alewa, District Jind, Later on, the petitioner gave a representation, which was also enquired into and the same was filed. However, the petitioner again approached the Superintendent of Police, Jind and again the complaint given by the petitioner was enquired into and filed.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from SI Madan Lal has submitted that the cancellation report will be submitted before the Illaqua Magistrate on or before 10.1.2020.

In view of the same, this petition is disposed of. The Superintendent of Police, Jind is directed to ensure that the report under Section 173(2) Cr.P.C. is presented before the Illaqua Magistrate on or before 10.1.2020.

However, liberty is granted to the petitioner/complainant to approach the Illaqua Magistrate for filing of a protest petition/complaint, if so advised.
