Learned State counsel has handed over an attested copy of the order dated 11.01.2017 whereby Anil Kumar s/o late Shri Sajjan Singh has been offered appointment to the post of Peon. In this view of the matter, the order passed by the learned Single Judge stands complied with substantially. As regard to the appeal on merits, we have heard learned State counsel and do not find any merit therein in view of the self speaking order dated July 14, 2016.
