Prayer made in the present petition is for quashing the impugned order dated 06.10.2012, Annexures P-8 to P-10 and directing the respondents to regularize the services of the petitioners. 2.

Learned counsel submits that the petitioners, who were working for the year 2000 as Junior Library Attendant, were granted regularization in terms of policy dated 18.03.2011 vide order dated 24.10.2011, however the same was withdrawn on 06.10.2012 without affording an opportunity of hearing to them. He also relies on para Nos.10, 16, 20, 21 and 26 to 28 of the judgment passed by Hon'ble the Supreme Court in Jaggo vs.

The aforesaid facts having been brought out, during the course of hearing, learned counsel, on instructions, states that the respondents would not be averse to have a relook at the matter and decided afresh, taking note of the aforesaid judgment as also the policy dated 18.03.2011, within a period of 4 months, after granting opportunity of hearing to the petitioners, which this Court has no reason to believe the authorities would not address HAMANT 2025.04.02 18:13 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

The aforesaid satisfies the learned counsel for the petitioners. 5.

The matter stands disposed of accordingly and if the petitioners are found entitled, grant the benefit forthwith. Needless to say, if the orders are adverse to their interest, the same may be passed containing reasons, whereupon they shall be free to seek legal redress thereupon.
