Dated Police Station Sections 02.05.2023 Vigilance Bureau, Flying Squad PhaseI, Mohali, District SAS Nagar Mohali 13(1)(a) read with Section 13(2) of Prevention of Corruption Act 1988 as amended by P.C. (Amended) Act 2018 and Sections 409, 420, 465, 466, 467, 468, 471, 120B IPC and 201 IPC added vide order dated 05.09.2023 1.

The petitioner incarcerated in the FIR captioned above, has come up before this Court under Section 439 CrPC seeking bail.

Allegations against the petitioner are that despite being Patwari and custodian of the revenue, he in connivance with other accused, changed the nature of land to provide benefit to the persons who were not eligible for the same. 3.

Vide order dated 31.08.2023, the petitioner was granted interim bail subject to complying with some conditions.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that they have voluntarily complied with the order dated 31.08.2023 and handed over the affidavits to the State counsel. 5.
