      **** HARNARESH SINGH GILL, J.(Oral) Prayer in this petition is for issuance of a writ in the nature of Certiorari quashing the impugned order dated 28.08.2022 (Annexure P-6), vide which respondent No.4 was ordered to be transferred in place of the petitioner.

Short reply filed on behalf of respondents No.1 and 2 in the Court, is taken on record.

A Coordinate Bench of this Court, on 05.09.2022, while issuing notice of motion, has stayed the operation of the impugned order. Learned State counsel submits that the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed as, vide order dated 09.01.2023, he has been adjusted to Government Senior Secondary School, Ucha Samana (1922), District Karnal i.e. the current place of posting. In view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed by this Court.
