HARPREET SINGH BRAR, J. (ORAL) CM-8978-CWP-2026 The present application has been filed under Section 151 of CPC for placing on record Annexure P-20 dated 21.05.2025 and further to seek exemption from filing certified copies of the Annexures and to place on record the true typed copies of the same.

In view of the averments made in the application, the same is allowed and Annexure P-20 dated 21.05.2025 is taken on record subject to all just exceptions and further is exempted from filing certified copies of the same. CWP-5459-2016 1.

Further, for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to promote the petitioner to the post of Assistant Professor/Analytical Psychologist as petitioner is fulfilling all the requisite formalities for promotion to the post of Assistant Professor/Analytical Psychologist with all consequential benefits. Further, the respondents be restrained to appoint anyone on the post of Assistant Professor (Clinical Psychology) as per the impugned advertisement (Annexure P-8). 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition.
