Petitioner seeks a mandamus to direct respondents to register the transfer of immovable properties of the petitioner-company pursuant to order dated 16.03.2012 passed by High court of Delhi, Annnexure P1. Learned counsel for the petitioner at the outset submits that an application was submitted before the Sub Registrar, Manesar on 14.12.2012. No decision has been taken thereon till now. She submits that petitioner shall be satisfied in case said issue pending before the Sub Registrar is decided at the earliest.

Learned State counsel submits that in case application is pending before the Sub Registrar, decision thereon shall be taken expeditiously, in any case not later than six months after taking into consideration all the pleas of the petitioner.
