Through this revision, petitioner-complainant assailed the order dated 29.05.2019 of the trial Court, whereby her application under Section 311 Cr.P.C., for additional evidence was dismissed. Learned counsel for respondent No. 2 submits that he has no objection in setting aside the impugned order dated 29.05.2019, allowing the present revision, but, with a direction to the prosecution to conclude the evidence, at the earliest.
