Learned counsel states that though he had challenged the order dated 30.03.2015, Annexure P-3 rejecting the claim of the petitioner for grant of extension in service, however, during pendency of this case, he having been acquitted vide judgment dated 17.07.2017, Annexure P-15, seeks to withdraw this petition with liberty to represent to the Department for release of benefits that may now be permissible to him in accordance with law. 2.
