Mann, Sr. DAG, Haryana for the respondents. *** JASWANT SINGH, J.(ORAL) Petitioners/residents of Village Musaidpur, Tehsil Farukh Nagar, District Gurgaon are aggrieved against non-consideration of their objections by the Competent Authority regarding shifting of their votes from warabandi of Ward No.1 to the proposed Ward No.7 under the Haryana Panchayati Raj Election Rules, 1994.

Upon notice, the respondents have filed a reply. Due to certain ambiguity, the officers concerned were summoned to assist the court for today.

At the time of hearing today, learned state counsel, on instructions from Ms. Poonam Babbar, Tehsildar/Circle Revenue Officer, Farukh Nagar, District Gurgaon, states that on re-examination of record, the grievance of the petitioner has been found to be genuine and they would be kept in Ward No.1 only for the purpose of election to the Gram Panchayat Musaidpur. Said Officer assures the Court that she would be careful in

CWP No. 6332 of 2015 (O&M) #2# future while discharging her duties.

In response, learned counsel for the petitioner on instructions from his clients, in the light of the stand of the respondents, states that the present writ petition be disposed of having become infructuous. In view of the aforesaid, present writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. The respondents shall be bound by their aforesaid stand. May 20, 2015 (JASWANT SINGH) manoj JUDGE
