Present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.PC for conducting fair and impartial investigation in case FIR No.29 dated 03.05.2024 registered under Sections 379, 447, 148 and 506 IPC at Police Station Harike District Tarn Taran.

In compliance of order dated 27.02.2025, learned State counsel, has filed the affidavit of Mr. Abhimanyu Rana, Senior Superintendent of Police, District Tarn Taran on behalf of respondents No.1 to 3, which is taken on record. Copy of the same has also been supplied to the counsel opposite. 3.

While referring to the para 4 of the affidavit, learned State counsel submits that grievance raised by the petitioner in the present petition has been substantially redressed. After completion of the investigation, Final Report under Section 193 of BNSS has been presented before the jurisdictional Court and the departmental action has been initiated against the concerned investigating officer.
