ARVIND SINGH SANGWAN J. (Oral) Prayer in this petition is for issuance of direction to the official respondents to conduct fair and proper investigation in FIR No.0047 dated 29.05.2019 registered under Sections 379 and 34 IPC at Police Station GRP Ambala Cantt, District Ambala. Reply by way of affidavit of the Deputy Superintendent of Police, District GRP Hisar on behalf of respondent Nos.1 to 4 filed in the Court is taken on record.

As per the reply, one accused Jai Singh @ Sighar was arrested and he has nominated 05 other accused persons as the accused with whom he conspired to commit the offence. It is further stated that 02 accused persons namely Anoop and Kuldeep @ Dabbu have been granted the concession of anticipatory bail and they have joined the investigation. With regard to the other accused persons namely Sunil and Doli, arrest warrants have been obtained from the Court and after arresting them further investigation will be carried out. In view of the above, no further action is called for. The petition is disposed of. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to approach the trial Court/Illaqa Magistrate for redressal of his grievance, if any.
