In this writ petition filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner has prayed for issuance of writ in the nature of certiorari to quash the proposal of setting up of National Institute of Ayurveda, Yoga and Naturopathy at Shri Mata Mansa Devi Temple Complex in Panchkula and spirit of Notification dated 02.06.1999 under Section 4 of Land Acquisition Act, 1894.
