Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the instant writ petition, with liberty to the petitioner to approach the competent authority, in the first instance, by filing an appropriate application for redressal of her grievance. It is further prayed that, in the event such an application is filed, the same be directed to be decided within a time-bound period.

Consequently, the instant writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty (supra). Further, in the event the petitioner files an appropriate application before the competent authority within a period of ten days from today, the latter shall endeavour to decide the same within a period of four weeks thereafter, after affording an adequate opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, in accordance with law.
