(Oral) Admittedly, an order has been passed on 11.09.2017 (Annexure P-9) by respondent no. 3 which affects the rights of the petitioner and whereby for the reasons given therein, he has been declined the permission to transfer land in view of the instructions issued by the Government. The order is passed by the Revenue Authority and it is always open to the petitioner to challenge the order in accordance with law before the appropriate Forum. Recourse to this Court on the ground that the representation should be decided is misconceived. The legal notice dated 16.08.2018 (Annexure P-12) prays for the relief of review or the setting aside of the order, which on the face of it, is not a appropriate remedy. Faced with this situation, counsel does not press the writ petition and prays for liberty to approach the competent authority. Ordered accordingly.
