CWP No. 6368 of 2015 The prayer in this writ petition filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, is for issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondents to pass an award in favour of the petitioners as regards the severance of their land which was caused of their holding due to acquisition of land by the respondents for the purpose of Kutha Kheri.

After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioners states that he may be allowed to withdraw the instant writ petition with JAWALA RAM 2015.05.08 12:42 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Chandigarh
