Prayer in the present petition is for quashing of impugned order dated 31.05.2020 issued by respondent No.3 whereby the petitioner was illegally debarred on account of non-joining of station as also to reconsider the representation as well as legal notice (Annexure P-3). 2.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from Mr. Dharminder Gautam, Junior Assistant, District Education Officer (EE), Moga, submits that the petitioner is challenging the order vide which she was debarred on account of non-joining the station on promotion thereby had not accepted the promotion. He further submits that the present petition is rendered infructuous on account of the fact that after the said period of 2 years, the petitioner was against promoted vide order dated 21.12.2023 but she had not joined even thereafter.

In view of the above, the present is disposed of as having become infructuous.
