(Oral) The petitioner has approached this Court by way of present writ petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India inter alia for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing the recovery notice dated 11.03.2016 (Annexure P-1), issued by respondent No.2. 2.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner states that he may be allowed to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh one on the same cause of action by furnishing better and correct particulars.
