S.J. VAZIFDAR, ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE (Oral):

The petitioners claim to be entitled to be allotted flats under The Chandigarh Small Flats Scheme, 2006. They have, however, to date not made an application for the same under the Scheme. Moreover, they have not even made a representation to the respondents to be allotted such flats.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners states that they have all the evidence with them and are willing to produce the same. They ought to do so before the appropriate authority in the first instance. Moreover, eleven petitioners have filed the petition. Case of each petitioner shall have to be considered independently.

The petition is accordingly disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to apply to the authorities.
