This petition is filed for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in FIR No. 78, dated 14th August, 2020, under Sections 22(c), 29 and 31 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, registered at Police Station Dharamgarh, District Sangrur.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to approach the Sessions Court to show the change in circumstances after rejection of the earlier petition. 4.
