Present writ petition is for issuance of directions to the respondents to conduct a fair, proper and independent inquiry. Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that respondent No.4-Sarpanch of Gram Panchayat, Village Peoda, Tehsil & District Kaithal, Haryana, is indulged in illegal mining and for that purpose even complaint has been filed by the Senior Geologist of Mine and Geology Department, Kurukshetra, copy thereof is Annexure P1 on the file. On that basis, petitioner herein made representation before respondent No.2-Deputy Commissioner, Kaithal to take required action in the matter. The said representation (Annexure P3) was filed on 10.08.2018, but no action is being taken.
