As per office report, notice issued to the appellant has been received back served through his wife and she has informed that the appellant has expired and notice issued to respondent No.1 has been received back served. It is further reported that learned counsel for the appellant has been informed through e-mail.

In view of the above, this Court is now left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for want of prosecution. 5.

Accordingly, the present appeal is dismissed for want of prosecution.
