Petitioner No.1 - Sapna Devi @ Sapna, aged 31 years and petitioner No.2 - Harsh Kumar, aged 20 years & 10 months, who not even is of marriageable age, have filed the instant protection petition by making averment that both of them are living in live-in relationship. 2.

Both the petitioners and private respondents are primarily residents in the State of Uttar Pradesh.

Faced with the aforesaid situation, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the present petition, with liberty to file a fresh petition for protection before the appropriate forum having competent jurisdiction.

Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty, as sought and recorded here-above.
