(Oral) Prayer in this petition is for issuing directions to the official respondents to conduct fair and impartial investigation of FIR No.46 dated 21.5.2022, under Sections 363 and 366-A IPC, registered at Police Station City Zira, District Ferozepur. Learned State counsel, on instructions, submits that the challan in the matter has been presented on 13.7.2023 and thereafter the case has been committed to the Court of Sessions on 20.7.2023 and the next date is fixed as 16.8.2023 for further proceedings.
