The present petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been filed for directing the Trial Court to complete/conclude the proceedings of the application, which has been filed by the petitioner for issuance of directions to respondent No.2 or to the concerned nodal officers (Punjab Circle) of concerned mobile phone companies to collect and preserve the call details as well as tower location, vide CRM No.1093 of 2023, which is now fixed for 05.08.2023 for arguments. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition.
