The petitioner seeks enforcement of an order dated 20.02.2015 by which the Division Bench directed the respondents to decide the petitioner's claim within three months. The respondents have failed to do so despite the same.

Assuming that the respondents had valid reasons for not complying with the order so far, they are given one further opportunity to comply with the order dated 20.02.2015 in CWP No.25904 of 2014 (Annexure P/3) by 15.06.2016, failing which it may be necessary for this Court to issue notice to the respondents for contempt of court.

The petitioner shall serve a copy of this order upon the respondents forthwith.

In the event of this order not being complied with, the petitioner is at liberty to bring the same to the attention of the Court.
In the event of the respondents having already complied with the order, a copy of their decision shall be communicated to PARKASH CHAND 2016.03.22 17:59 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document
