Prayer made in the present petition is for quashing of order dated 27.04.2024, Annexure P-11, whereby the respondent authorities have initiated the deduction from the salary, which this Court had stayed on 30.07.2024. 2.

Learned counsel submits that the proceedings to medically invalidate the petitioner, who is nearly 100% disabled, may be directed to be finalized in a time bound manner, for which he will render full cooperation, whereafter the dues be also calculated and released by taking into consideration the aspect of deduction, if any, as well. However, till then recovery may not be affected.

Learned counsel for the respondents, on instructions from Sachindra Singh Chandel, DIG, Headquarters, Amritsar Sec. BSF, states that the proceedings will be culminated within a period of 08 weeks. 4.

The aforesaid satisfies the learned counsel for the petitioner. 5.

Disposed of accordingly. The interim order dated 30.07.2024 will continue till the final decision in the proceedings is taken.
