Limited plea raised before this court is that though petitioner was granted parole but could not be released as he was transferred from District Jail, Karnal to Kurukshetra. Learned State counsel submits that case of the petitioner shall be considered afresh by respondent no. 3 and order shall be passed within two weeks taking into consideration the earlier parole order passed by this court.

In view of statement made by learned State counsel, this petition is disposed of.
